Barley salad
Ingredients: 300 gr barley grains (peeled), a cup of soured milk, a spoon of apple cider vinegar, two spoons of oil, one onion, spices, three pickled cucumbers, two tomatoes, one egg (hard boiled) and salt.
Instructions: boil the barley grains in salty water until they soften. Then, strain and pour them in a bowl to cool down. Prepare the salad dressing by mixing the soured milk, the oil, the vinegar and the spices. Chop the pickled cucumbers and mix them with the dressing and then add the barley and leave the salad soak for half an hour. Enjoy!
