Best Natural Treatment for Acne
Young ladies and boys can suffer from acne and that may lead to feelings of desperation and nervousness. Moreover, teenagers may become anxious or lose self-confidence because of this skin issue. At first acne appears as a small black spot, come-done or a tiny pimple that releases pus if you pop it. If you pop pimples they can cause some inflammation processes and end in visible scars. Acne can appear on your face, on your back or on your chest area. The reasons for acne are numerous and usually are based on hormonal imbalances or nervous system issues. Another reason can be the spread of the staphylococcus bacteria in the sebaceous glands and this is particularly true for people with oily skin type.
When the first signs of acne appear simply cut the consumption of animal fat, meat, sugar and white bread.
Increase the consumption of brown rice, whole grain cereals, tea, fresh fruits and vegetables and diminish the use of skin powder, make up and different skin creams.
