Menopause and several recipes for reducing the symptoms
Menopause is the physiological disappearance of periods after the declining of the function of the ovaries, and normally occurs at approximately 50 years of age. Characteristic symptoms are: waves of heat, insomnia, quick exhaustion, irritability, somatic diseases and similar. The healing has a goal to lower the amount of symptoms, using hormones. Drink tea made from melissa, yarrow and basil daily.
– Mix 60 g of lady’s mantle, 40 g of motherwort, oregano, thyme, sweet clove, 30 g of lavender and hops cones. Take 2 spoons of the mixture and pour 500 ml of boiling water. Leaven for 1 hour, drain, and drink 1 cup before meals, 3 times a day.
Mix equal parts: hawthorn blossoms, motherwort, Sweetscented bedstraw, thyme, blackberry leaves, white mistletoe. Take 2 spoons of the mix and pour 500 ml of boiling water, leaven for 1 hour. Drain and drink 1 cup, 3 times a day before meals.
Valerian root – 40 g, motherwort – 60g, melissa leaves – 40 grams, Sweetscented bedstraw – 40 g, hops cones -30 g, hawthorn blossoms -50 g, yellow wort stems – 40 g and lavender flowers – 40g. Take 2 spoons of the mix and pour 500 ml of boiling water, leaven for 30 minutes. Drain and drink 1 cup, 3 times a day before meals.
For larger menopause problems, bleeding
Melissa, walnut, chamomile, pepper, water, grass yarrow, valerian, basil and hops are mixed and 2 spoons of the mixed are poured over with 600 ml of boiling water. Boil for 3 minutes and leave for 30 minutes then drain. Take 80 g of it 6 times a day, 15 minutes before meals and 30 minutes after meals.
