Osteoporosis and several recipes for healing it
Osteoporosis is a widespread disease, it’s most common in women that are in menopause.
It’s characteristic for ruining the bone structure, who require vitamin C,D,B and K, calcium, etc. It’s slow and symptomless. There are multiple reasons for it, but it’s mainly the result of the disbalance between the resorption and the forming of bone mass, with the disruption of the resorption, and with that comes the disruption of the bone structure, they start becoming more fragile.
Treatment is complex, it’s mainly consuming calcium and vitamin d among other substances prescribed by the doctor. Herbal medicine has but a supportive role.
Take restharrow roots – 60g, burdock roots – 40 g comfrey roots – 40 g, horsetail – 60g, dandelion roots – 60 g, blue spruce fruits -30 g, verbena stems – 40 g, white birch leaves – 60 grams, coriander fruits – 30g, rosehip fruits – 60 g.
Mix and take 2 spoons of the mixture, pour half a liter of water over it, boil for approximately 5 minutes. Leave for 1 hour, drain and drink 1 cup 3 times a day.
Take 60 g of horsetail, 60 g of dandelion roots, 40 g of yarrow, 30 g of rosehip fruits, 60 gof birch leaves, 60 g blue spruce fruits.
Mix and take 2 spoons of the mixture, pour half a liter of water. Leave for 1 hour, drain and drink 100 ml before meals, 3 times a day.
Blackberry leaves – 60 grams, mint leaves – 40 g, sour thorn roots – 30 g, geranium roots – 40 g, agrimony – 60 g, red wort – 40 g.
Take 2 spoons of this mixture and pour 600 ml of boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Take it off the stove and leave to leaven for 1 hour. Drain and drink 1 cup, 3 times a day, before meals, for 2-3 weeks.
Marigold – 60 g, black elderberry blossoms – 40 g, nettle leaves – 60 grams, dandelion roots – 80 g pir roots – 40 g willow bark – 30g.
Take 2 spoons from this mixture and pour half a liter of water, boil for 5 minutes on low heat. Leave for 1 hour. Drain and drink 1 cup before meals, 3 times a day.
